Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday; orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You can always check in with our Online Support to check-in on your orders with us.

Delivery within Indonesia will usually arrive with a few days of dispatch. For regional areas, delivery is between 3-10 days.
